We currently serve Middlesex, Norfolk, Worcester, and Bristol counties in Massachusetts. If you’re outside these areas, give us a call — we may still be able to assist.
2. How do I book a ride?
You can book online using our contact form or by calling us directly. Once your request is confirmed, we’ll send you driver details and pickup time updates.
3. Do you provide wheelchair-accessible transportation?
Yes, we have specially equipped vans with ramps and safety restraints. Please mention wheelchair needs when booking.
4. How much do your rides cost?
Pricing depends on mileage, time, and vehicle type. We don’t display prices online because every trip is unique.

Currently, we serve private-pay clients. We’re exploring partnerships for future insurance and MassHealth coverage.
6. Can family members ride along?

We understand plans change. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust your booking.
8. Are your drivers trained?
Yes. All Edgelife drivers undergo background checks, safety training, and customer care orientation to ensure professional, respectful service.
